Questions about Gashouder concerts 

What time do the doors open? 
During concerts, the doors open around 7pm. Please note that this depends on the starting time of the concert. For events taking place during the day or at night  
 
What time does the concert end? 
The estimated end time of concerts is 11 PM. 

Where do I buy tickets? 
You can buy tickets from the event page of the concert you want to go to or directly from the website of the sales outlet, e.g. CM. When you are on the event page, you will see a tickets button on the right. If you click this button, you will be redirected to the ticket page of the organiser or ticket partner. We recommend that you only buy tickets from the official point of sale. We cannot guarantee that tickets sold by third parties will allow entry to the event. I have a question about my already purchased ticket(s). 
If you have a question about your tickets, you can contact the helpdesk of the organiser where you bought tickets. Below you can see the different contact options. 
 
The concert has been rescheduled, but I can't go on the new date. 
That is unfortunate. Please notify the organiser, they will contact you, and you will get your money back. 
 
The concert has been cancelled. Now what? 
The event organiser will contact you. Still haven't heard anything? You can always contact them yourself.  

Visiting the Gashouder 

Is the Gashouder accessible by wheelchair and/or for the disabled? 
Yes, we would like the Gashouder to be accessible to everyone. At the entrance, the leftmost or rightmost row are extra wide. During the concert, there is a separate space for at least 4 wheelchairs including an attendant with a view of the stage, so you can really enjoy the concert. If you would like to make use of this, we ask you to email to [email protected]. 
 
Is there a guarded coat room or are there lockers? 
Lockers will be available. You will receive an email from the promoter with the link to buy lockers. Please note: Bags larger than an A4 are not allowed inside.

I am coming by car. Can I park somewhere?

Can I pay with cash in the Gashouder? 
No, you can only pay by card in the Gashouder. 
 
What time does the concert start? 
This is indicated on the event page of the concert and in many cases on your ticket. 
 
What time does the concert end? 
This varies per event. A concert lasts one and a half hours on average, but the artist is free in this respect. The estimated end time is 11pm. 
 
Can I take photos and videos during the concert? 
Yes, but only with your phone or a small camera. Professional photography requires permission from the Gashouder and the artist. Use your flash as little as possible and we advise you to especially enjoy the concert without a screen. 
 
Do you guys also recycle at all? 
Ha, good of you to ask! We certainly do.  

Upon entering, you will receive a recycle token. You hand in this token at the bar when you get your first drink and it suffices for a hard cup, can or bottle. You should hand in your old hard cup, can or bottle at the bar when getting a new drink. This is how we keep the Gashouder tidy and we can recycle all the dirt afterwards.  

Have you lost your token either cup, can or bottle? Then a new one costs €1. At the end, you can hand in your hard cup, can or bottle at the bar or drop-off bins.  
 
Are there seats in the Gashouder? 
Generally, the Gashouder only has standing room during concerts. If there are seats, this will be announced in advance. 
 
I have lost something during a concert. What can I do? 
Send an email to [email protected]and hopefully we can reunite you with what you have lost. 

Can I eat something somewhere at Westergas before the concert? 
You certainly can. Westergas has more than 10 restaurants on the park. A pan of mussels at Mossel & Gin or overlooking the Gashouder at the Westergas terrace? You name it, we got it. Check all dining options hereand don't hesitate to book immediately. 

Can I stay overnight somewhere at Westergas? 
You hardly believe it, but even that is possible at Westergas. Opposite the large lawn is the beautiful Conscious Hotelwhere you can reminisce about the concert in a spacious room. Visit herethe website for more information and booking.

Is there WiFi available? 
There is free WiFi almost everywhere in Westerpark. You can use it by connecting to Westergas Free Wifi.
