A pre-sale is the ticket sale that takes place before the regular ticket sale. If you sign up for a pre-sale, you’ll get first access to tickets before the general sale starts.

Is an event sold out? Sometimes we open a waiting list that you can sign up for. If additional tickets become available later, you’ll be notified automatically. Please note: joining the waiting list does not guarantee you a ticket.

No, wheelchair tickets cannot be exchanged for regular tickets. If you purchased a wheelchair ticket without being eligible for one, please email info@gashouder.nl and we will cancel the purchase. If you only realize this upon arrival, unfortunately, we will not be able to grant you access to the event.

This depends on the show, but we often work with sealed tickets. This means that your tickets are not sent immediately after purchase; they are only released a few days before the event. Please note: it is important to personalize your tickets. You can do this via the confirmation email. If you do not personalize your tickets, you will not be granted access to the event.

First, check whether your tickets ended up in your spam folder. If they’re not there, please email info@gashouder.nl or ask for help via the ticket shop. We’ll then resend your confirmation.

We scan your ticket directly from your phone. Please keep in mind that you may not have an internet connection at the venue, so download your ticket to your phone in advance.

Gashouder does not have a minimum age, unless otherwise stated on the event page for a specific show. For example, for shows with the ‘Dance’ label we almost always have an age limit of 18+. For children under the age of 14, we recommend that they are accompanied by an adult.

Wheelchair users are welcome at Gashouder. You can enter through the main entrance and take the passenger lift to our lobby on level -1 and the balcony on level 1.

There is space for a maximum of two wheelchairs on the balcony. If we expect more wheelchair users, we will expand this area where possible, although capacity remains limited.

Please therefore always purchase a wheelchair ticket. This is the only way for us to know how many spaces we need to reserve and ensure there is enough room. If you are visiting in a wheelchair, you may bring one person with you to the balcony. This person must also purchase a wheelchair/carer ticket.

Gashouder is a standing venue. For visitors who find it difficult to stand for long periods, a limited number of seats are available.

As the number of seats is very limited, we cannot guarantee one on the day of the event. Please contact info@gashouder.nl in advance to arrange a seat.

Gashouder has lockers in two sizes:

Small: H22 × W25 × D50 cm for €5.00

Large: H36 × W25 × D50 cm for €7.50

You can reserve a locker in advance. You can also reserve a locker at Gashouder using a QR code. You will receive a code that you can use to lock and unlock your locker during your visit.

Yes. We support the Dutch Hearing Covenant and provide earplugs through the earplug dispenser.

Take care of your ears. When listening to music above 87 dB, it is recommended to use earplugs with a special music filter. This allows you to enjoy the music perfectly, keeps conversations clear, and helps prevent hearing damage and the annoying ringing in your ears afterwards. The earplugs from the dispenser are reusable, so you can protect your hearing not only at Gashouder but at other events too.

No, professional cameras are not permitted inside Gashouder.

Yes, you may bring medication, provided that the packaging is sealed.

Gashouder offers free Wi-Fi. There is no mobile reception in the basement of Gashouder. You can use our free Wi-Fi there, for example to reserve and unlock your locker. There is mobile reception on the ground floor.
