The Opposites

The hip-hop duo returns to the place where they played their legendary reunion shows in May 2022.

Big2 and Willem broke through in 2005 with Fok Jou and Slaap, taken from their debut album De Fik Erin. What followed was an impressive string of hits, including Dom, Lomp & Famous, Broodje Bakpao, Licht Uit, Slapeloze Nachten, Hey DJ, Sukkel Voor De Liefde, and Thunder. They went on to become one of the biggest acts in the Netherlands and Belgium, selling out multiple club tours and headlining major festivals such as Solar, Pukkelpop, Lowlands, Tomorrowland, Pinkpop, and Rock Werchter.

Earlier this July, they released Feestje Op Mijn Graf, their first new single in thirteen years. The track was met with an enthusiastic response, earning both 3FM Megahit and SLAM! GrandSLAM status. During their recent performance at Zuiderpark, they also debuted more new material, with additional music expected in the lead-up to their Gashouder shows.

Following a sold-out show at Zuiderpark and a performance at Zwarte Cross, The Opposites now return to Amsterdam for a series of exclusive shows at Gashouder.

Anyone who signed up for the pre-registration will receive a link to the ticket shop by email on 20 July at 10:00. The general sale follows a day later, on 21 July at 10:00.
