Shida Shahabi
Harmony
Shida Shahabi’s work extends across dance, cinema, theatre and contemporary art, in a distinctive language that moves between classical and electronic music. Her music brings together subtle sound, stillness and emotion.
Born in Stockholm in 1989, Shahabi started composing at the age of eleven. At Stockholm's Royal Institute of Art, she brought music and visual art together. Her 2023 album Living Circle combines ambient and drone techniques with traditional structures, in compositions full of texture and warmth.

Harmony is a new form of musical gathering centered around contemporary classical music. Harmony is not a festival, concert, or show. It is an innovative format built entirely around an intensification of listening, supported by a 360-degree visual experience. Across a series of ten music ceremonies, in which the boundaries between classical, ambient, and electronic music blur, this project brings together artists who work with sound and space with great precision and subtlety.
